When reading the title of this weblog entry, I thought it was going to be about something else. And that reminded me of the time in the Simpsons when the family is shopping at Stoner's Pot Palace, and Otto walks out and mutters to himself: "Man, that is flagrant false advertising!"

My other favourite weed reference on the Simpsons is when Homer, Bart and Lisa are at Hullabalooza and this mini-conversation ensues:

Bart: [sniffing] What is that smell?
Lisa: It smells like Otto's jacket...

Whenever I smell that distinct smell (quite often here in Vancouver), I say to whoever's listening "hmm, smells like Otto's jacket."
